Entry Status :

All entries ONLINE only. If you have submitted an entry through Blue Horse Entries in the past, just update your information and you are ready to begin your entry. If you are new to Blue Horse Entries, you will first need to create a rider account. If you are a parent/guardian for a rider under 18, you will need to create an account for yourself, and add your rider to your account. It's fast and simple! If you need any assistance submitting online entry, email ridewithus@bluehorseentries.com.

Entries are accepted in the order with which they are received. You will be notified by the show secretary of your entry status.

Entry completion does not guarantee acceptance. In the event that the show fills, you will be notified and given an option to stay on a waiting list. If a space does not open up for you, then you will be given a full refund.

Ride Times :

Ride Times will be posted on our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/fvsa.org/ by Friday evening

Schooling Instructions :

The dressage ring and warm-up areas will be available for schooling after 3 PM on Saturday, April 17.

Stabling Information :

Stalls are assigned. Please send the show secretary any stabling requests as soon as possible.

Weekend stalls are available after 3 PM on Saturday, April 17. Sunday stalls will be available at 6 AM Sunday, April 18.

FVSA reserves the right to require stall rental if weather conditions preclude parking on the grass.

Hay, Grain, Shavings Information :

Regular stalls include one bag of shavings. Tack stalls do not include shavings.

Coggins Policy :

You can upload your Coggins with your horse, and submit it with your entry. If questions on how to do this, please contact Blue Horse Entries at coggins@bluehorseentries.com.

Attire Policy :

Attire & Equipment (Sections GR801 to GR803; DR120 & DR121; EV114 & EV115 USEF Rule Book): It is the tradition of the competition ring that riders be correctly attired for the class in question, that attendants be neatly dressed and horses be properly presented. In the spirit of schooling shows, riders will not be required to wear a coat and stock tie; however, you MUST wear boots, protective headgear which meets or exceeds ASTM/SEI standards and is properly fitted with harness secured, conservative colors, and a sleeved shirt tucked in your breeches. Half chaps may be worn.

Food and Drink :

Breakfast and lunch available on show grounds.
No alcoholic beverages on show grounds.

Parking :

Trailer entrance is on Tower Road.

Other :

USEF Rules apply- No readers for dressage.
Ribbons to 8th place for overall and dressage phase.
All dogs must be on a leash (dogs are not allowed in the clubhouse).
FVSA is not responsible for any theft, accident or bodily injury.
