Waiver must be signed at the show office before unloading your horse at show grounds. You will not be allowed to pick up your competitor packet or compete without a signed waiver.
I hereby make this entry at my own risk and agree to release and hold harmless the Thornhill Farm, Diedre Koik, Miami Valley Hunt, Miami Valley Hounds, USPC and all their respective organizers, secretary, judge, officials, volunteers or any other person or property owner in connection with this horse show, from all liability for negligence resulting in any accident, damage, illness or injury to myself, horse or property. WARNING: Under Ohio law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. *

No refunds after closing date, refunds less $10 office charge before closing date. No refunds if event is canceled due to extremely adverse weather conditions.
Substitutions will be allowed for a horse OR a rider in the same class. A $15 change fee will apply. Anything else is considered a new entry, and will be accepted or not as time allows.

All entries ONLINE only. If you are new to Blue Horse Entries, you will first need to create a rider account. If you are a parent/guardian for a rider under 18, you will need to create an account for yourself, and add your rider to your account. It's fast and simple! Hay, Grain, Shavings Information

Negative Coggins dated withing 12 months must accompany each entry. Must also have current health certificate on hand while at event.
To upload your Coggins, from your Blue Horse Entries account, go to your virtual barn under the Horses tab, where you can either Add Horse (if new) or Edit Horse (if existing). That is where you can upload your Coggins. If you get stuck or have any questions, please contact Blue Horse Entries at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 859-493-2125.
Jackets and Braiding not required but Polos or neat attire requested. Helmets, boots or half chaps and safety vests for x-country are required. Rain gear allowed if appropriate.
Required for x-country. Not required but appreciated for other classes.
Refreshments available for purchase from the Stillwater Pony Club.
Ludlow Rd. runs both north and south from Rt. 36, ignore the County Road sign that says it only goes south. Ludlow is also known as SR 814. GPS 513 N. Ludlow and you will get there. Yellow house and barns with Blue silo.
Large rigs should enter the driveway from the north. If coming from the south, pass the venue and proceed north approximately 1/2 mile, turn East (right) onto Hillside Dr. continue to left on Dowds Dr., exit the subdivision heading south (left) on Ludlow Rd.
Grass parking, solid ground. Parking attendants will be there to help.
