Under the Equine Activity Liability Act, each participant who
engages in an equine activity expressly assumes the risks of engaging in and legal responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to person or property resulting from the risk of equine activities.
On or after August 31st no refund for rider/horse withdrawal; $90 refund for event cancellation. Full refund will be given before August 31st for withdrawal of horse/rider or event cancellation prior to that date.

All entries must be made through bluehorseentires.com and entry status can be found on Start Box. No paper entries will be accepted.
Ride times will be available September 9th on Start Box.
Courses will be open for walking beginning at 3:00pm on Friday, Sept. 10th.
Weather Permitting: Limited schooling Saturday upon commencement of the event and on Sunday morning. Competitors (horse/rider combination) $40 per day, non-competitors $50 per day. Payments must be made to show office separately. Contact the secretary for more information.
DuQuoin Fair Grounds about 30 minutes from the Dunnabeck Farm.
Stalls are $25 per night or $40 for both Friday and Saturday nights.

To get to stabling you will pass Du Quoin Fair main gates on Rte 51 (going North), pass Coca Cola factory on right then take road on right. There is a sign that says gate 3. DHT competitors are staying in large grey barn. Stall assignments can be found on Startbox on Sept. 9th.

Bedding is NOT provided OR for sale.
All competitors must submit with their entry proof of their horse’s negative Coggins dated within the last 12 months and payment or you cannot compete.
ASTM/SEI approved riding helmets are required to be worn by all riders at all times. Safety vests are required for Divisions 1, 2, 3 and 4. Safety vests are optional for Divisions 5 & 6, but STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. A XC pinny holder for the competitor number is required for ALL Divisions to hold your paper number for the both jumping phases.
MEDICAL ARMBANDS or USEA approved bracelets, ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL LEVELS.
Concessions on show grounds provided by the Boskydell Pony Club. They will accept Cash, PayPal friends & family, Debit or Credit (provided the system is working). There will be a small fee for debit/credit. No ice will be available for sale on grounds.
Dunnabeck apparel will be sold on grounds near concessions and/or office, same forms of payment will be accepted for apparel as it is for concessions.
Take note: All Show Jumping and XC is held at a distance from the trailering area, so allow enough time to walk your courses and get to Show Jumping for your start time. The jumping phases will run back to back for all entries. You will be assigned a SJ time and have approximately 15 minutes to make your way to the XC start box. Please bring all equipment/items you will need for XC with you to Show Jumping. There will be a quick SJ course walk available between each level.
Parking will be in the first field upon entering the show grounds.
Upon arrival, there will be a table with each entry's envelope packet with your numbers and show information as you enter the parking area to make the check-in process easy for competitors.
A water/hose area will be available in the front field near parking.
Concessions, apparel sales, and secretary's tent will be in the field near dressage.
To get to SJ and XC follow the driveway past dressage.
