Join us September 15-19 for our annual USEA Recognized Horse Trials! Offering Beginner Novice through Preliminary, YEH and FEH classes, and our brand new Developing Thoroughbred class!

Wednesday:
Developing TB Class.

Thursday:
FEH/YEH:approx 10 AM start.

Friday:
Jumping Derby ST/BN/N/T/P 8:30 AM. Start $35/ride. Will start at Starter level and go up. Schedule will be posted on website and FB
Dressage- approx 10 AM ALL Training and Preliminary.
Cross-country course opens for walking-3 pm.

Saturday:
Dressage-7:30 AM ALL Nov and BN;
Show Jumping-8 AM All divsions, beginning with Preliminary.
Competitor's Party- 6PM

Sunday:
Cross-country-8 AM P/T/N/BN.

Stabling: ENTER EARLY!
ON GROUNDS STALL LIMITED. ON GROUND: (first come, first serve): $75/night- 60 stall tent and 48 permanent stalls
OFF GROUNDS (5-15 min from event): $45/night.
Use ONE name on “Stable With” for your group.
Stall Cleaning Penalty Fee: $40.00 - charged Monday after competition for any stall in a permanent barn NOT cleaned. Stall does not need to be stripped - only properly cleaned of manure and excess hay. Invoice will be sent to the rider's email and must be paid before rider allowed back on grounds for schooling, horse shows, etc.

Non-Compete Horse Fee: $25.00 per horse/day plus stabling fee or XC schooling fee, if applicable.

ANY entry received and not COMPLETE including all fees due at Close will be removed and placed to the Wait List. Late Charges of $50 will apply to this entry in order to start the event and be moved back on to Entry List

This event will use paper pinny inserts and vinyl number holders.

Rider Withdrawal, Refunds:Before C.D.- Entry less $25 non-refundable office fee; must be in writing by email to secy by 9 PM of Close Date to be eligible for refund. No phone or facebook messages accepted. After C.D.-Entry less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from waiting list; stabling refunded in full ONLY if place can be filled from wait list.

Change Fee: $50 fee for each Change, including stabling changes, after Close, only if eligible and schedule permits.

Event Cancellation:Refunds given AFTER show expenses already incurred.

Developing Thoroughbred Class (unrecognized class):Will use similar course and judging as YEH classes. TB classes held on WEDNESDAY, for TBs one and two years off the track! Visit our website for more information!https://www.flyingcrossfarm.org/developing-thoroughbred

Competitors Party Tickets: Join us Saturday after the completion of Show Jumping for the reinstatement of our Competitor's Party!!! Good food, good people, good times! Door prizes will be given, including FREE Entry to 2022 Event! Extra tickets may be purchased at show office!

Entries:
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Copy of current USEF membership cards for Rider, Owner, and Trainer listed on entry required for Preliminary and must be included in the entry. Non-members will be assessed a show pass fee of $45. Entry is not complete until all paperwork with required signatures, 2021 FCF Rider Release, fees and Coggins is received with entry or by email.

All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Schooling Instructions :

Cross Country Schooling CLOSED August 15th.

Schooling permitted for 1 hour after last rider completes course on Sunday weather and footing permitted. MUST have trainer with Professional Liability Insurance and FCF listed as Additional Insured on Policy.

Stabling Information :

ON GROUNDS STABLING LIMITED! ENTER EARLY TO GUARANTEE SPOT! MUST LIST GROUP NAME ON ENTRY TO STABLE TOGETHER! PLEASE NOTE "ON GROUNDS" or "OFF GROUNDS" on entry!

On Grounds stabling includes both tent and permanent stalls.

On Grounds stabling- $75/night

Off Grounds stabling - $45/night. please specify choice on entry.

Rollin' Ruby's Food Truck - tentatively planned to be on grounds for this competitions. Any changes due to COVID-19, will be announced on our website
