Event Description

Welcome to Flying Cross Farm! We are kicking off the season May 14 and 15 for TWO Mini Trials in ONE weekend! Compete on Saturday, Sunday, or both days! Inviting courses in a laid back atmosphere welcoming riders and horses of all levels!!

Cross Country Courses: Inviting, appropriate move up course. Setting on private horse farm with moderate terrain and gate/paddock openings in course. Beginner Novice may have water crossing, bank, and ditch option. Starter course consists of approx 16 fences including water crossing with option and small bank. Baby Starter is very inviting with course consisting of small logs and poles - held in main front field with hill including 6-9 fences, no water.

All trotting for leadline is optional.

ALL ENTRIES ACCEPTED ON BLUE HORSE ENTRIES ONLY! No email or paper entries accepted.

Divisions will run Smallest to Largest with Dressage Ride A Tests at the end of the day. Any Rider, Horse, or Division change after closing date will incur a $25 Change Fee. XC schooling available before and after event. Please arrange time with Mary Lowry at 502-552-1477

Rider Release must be signed ONLINE prior to event.

Stabling available - PLEASE NOTE STALL CLEANING FEE POLICY!
All used stalls MUST be cleaned after use. A $50 stall cleaning fee will be charged via PayPal to the rider after show if stall is not cleaned.
Rider may not school or compete at FCF until all delinquent stall cleaning fees are paid.
**Stall does not need to be stripped, only left clean of hay and manure**

Schooling Instructions :

Refer to FCF Website for schooling policies and prices. XC schooling will be available, weather permitting, before and after show.

Stabling Information :

Onsite stabling available. Barns located on adjoining property with hacking lane leading to warmups. $55/night. Please specify “stable with” when creating entry.

***New Stabling Cleaning Policy- You MUST clean your stall at end of show of all manure and loose hay. A $50 stall cleaning fee will be invoiced to the rider via PayPal after the show for any stall found dirty. Rider will not be allowed to school or compete at FCF until fee is paid. Thank you!

Coggins Policy :

No entry will be accepted without current negative Coggins Test

Attire Policy :

Relaxed. Show coats optional. Braiding optional.

Medical Arm Bands :

Medical Arm Bands required for all jumping phases.

Cross Country vests required for XC phase.
