Rider Withdrawal, Refunds: Before C.D.- Entry less $25 non-refundable office fee; must be in writing by email to secy by 9 PM of Close Date to be eligible for refund. No phone or facebook messages accepted. After C.D.-Entry less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from waiting list; stabling refunded in full ONLY if place can be filled from wait list.
Entry Fees after Close: All payments received after Close must be paid via PayPal, venmo, or credit card. NSF fee of $50 will be charged for each NSF check.
Riders please Note: ANY entry received and not COMPLETE including all fees due will be removed and placed to the Wait List once show fills . If outstanding fees due after closing date late charges of $50 will apply to this entry in order to start the event and be moved back on to Entry List.
Change Fee: $50 fee for each Change, including stabling changes, after Close, only if schedule permits. Request MUST be submitted in writing via email to flyingcrossfarmevents@gmail.com

Cross-country course closed August 15th. Schooling available after the show for 1 hour after completion of last horse. Weather/footing permitting. Check show office for availability.
Stabling: ENTER EARLY! ON GROUNDS STALLS LIMITED. ON GROUND: (first come, first serve): $225 Thursday through Sunday - 60 10x10 temporary stalls in tent in field and 48 permanent stalls with doors. No tack stalls due to limited stalls available. Off ground stabling only available if on grounds is filled and will be $45/night and very limited. NOTE: If you have a group wishing to stable together, you MUST use a group or stable name on stabling form. This is the ONLY way to ensure you are stabled together. Any stabling forms with no group or stable name requests will be assigned stabling at secretary's discretion. We apologize for increased price in stabling- the cost for temporary stalls and the tent have risen dramatically and our out of our control!
Stall Cleaning Penalty Fee: $40.00 - charged Monday after competition for any stall in permanent barn stabling NOT cleaned. Stall does not need to be stripped - only properly cleaned of manure and excess hay. Invoice will be sent to
the rider's email and must be paid before rider allowed back on grounds for schooling, horse shows, etc. Tent stabling does NOT need to be cleaned/stripped on departure.
