Tentative Schedule:
Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm. Aerator will be used on cross-country courses. Sat: Dressage-8 am; Show Jumping-10:30 am. Starter is 1-day, Saturday. Competitor party (complimentary) following jumping!!! Sun: Cross-country-8 am. PLEASE NOTE: If number of horses warrant, changes to the schedule may necessitate the addition of Friday Dressage or Sat x/country. Emails will communicate any such changes as soon as possible to competitors. The Starter Test is a one-day test. This will facilitate those who wish to trailer-in for the day. A weekend stall may be secured if they are available. Disciplines that demand both days will take priority.

Refund/Changes Policy :

Returned Check Fee:$30.00.
Late Change Fee: $40.00.
Post-Closing Office Fee: $40.00 (for a horse scratched after closing that is replaced by a wait-listed horse.)

Refunds:Before closing date, full refund less $25 non-refundable office fee. After closing date no refund (with exception of USEA D&M fees) unless stall is filled from waiting list. WITHDRAWAL ACCEPTED IN WRITING, OR ACKNOWLEDGED EMAIL TO SEC'Y BEFORE CLOSING DATE.

Competition cancellation-No refund.

USEA D&M Fees Refund Policy: USEA D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entry Status :

Entries are "received" when paid. An entry form, email or phone call with no payment is not an entry.

A $25 non-refundable office fee is charged per entry. USEA members and horse registration required for all levels. Divisions may be further divided or combined if entries warrant.Preliminary and Intermediate MUST include copies of Rider, Owner, and Trainer USEF membership cards. Rider Divisions open only to competitors who have NOT completed an event above the next highest level in 5 years of the one they are entering. Horse Divisions open only to horses that have never competed at the next highest level. Starter: No USEA membership required. USEA Drug & Medication fee does not apply. Double entries: Not accepted. No changes allowed in office on the Friday of event unless mandated by USEF regulations. Late Entries:By USEF rule: COMPLETE entries INCLUDING payment must be RECEIVED IN OFFICE by the end of the day on the closing date. Any entry received with a postmark AFTER April 3rd is LATE. Late Change Fee: A $40 fee will be charged for any change made to an entry after the closing date of April 3, 2018.

ONLINE entries accepted through Blue Horse Entries. If you are new to Blue Horse Entries, you will first need to create a rider account. If you are a parent/guardian for a rider under 18, you will need to create an account for yourself, and add your rider to your account. It's fast and simple! Schooling Instructions :

Cross-country course closed April 8, 2018. No schooling permitted until cross/country is finished on Sunday (includes non-comp horses). Schooling only permitted with signed waiver in office and trainer present. During show, fee is half price, $25. Those eliminated in show may school with no charge.

Stabling Information :

Limited to stall capacity. 210 perm. stalls on grounds, 10 x 12; permanent iron half/gates provided on stalls. Stalls must be STRIPPED (not picked) or stall cleaning deposit check will be cashed. $50 fine for switching assigned stalls without permission from secretary. Starter Division is 1-day; stall priority will go to Levels that need to be on grounds both days.

Stabling Fees : $160.00 (includes 2 bags of shavings).
Add'l bags: $7 each.
Add'l nights: contact show secretary.
Tack Stall: $160.00.
Stall Deposit: $25.00 (separate check per stall per horse, payable at office when pickup competitor packet)
Grounds Fee: $50.00 (non-competing/non-stabled horses).
Trailer-in Fee: $50.00 (non-stabled horses).

Stabling Form: Requests need to be noted by placing same name (trainer, barn or person to be stabled with) on stabling form. Late entry stabling requests may not be able to be accommodated. A separate check for Stall Deposit -PER HORSE- must be paid at office when pickup competitor packet. CASH given for a Stall Deposit (instead of the requested check) assumes stall will NOT be cleaned and will not be refunded.

Hay, Grain, Shavings Information :

Two bags included with stall. Additional bags available for purchase at $7 each.

Coggins Policy :

Negative Coggins within 12 months.

They do not know you are pulling a horse trailer & may send you through an underpass that will take your roof off! From Knoxville and West (I-40 or I-640 Bypass): Exit 394: Turn LEFT at light at exit onto 11E. Travel East approx. 16 miles to RG sign on left of hwy (Lowery Loop Rd). On right is New Market Church. Turn left and go straight at stop sign. At Baker Rd. turn left (signs will direct you from there). Approx. 5 miles. (NOTE: Do NOT take fork to the right on 11E that says 11W/25W.) From Dandridge and East (I-40): Exit 417: Turn RIGHT at light at exit, onto Hwy 92. Travel North approx 10 mi. to 11E. Turn left (West) for approx 6 mi to RG sign on right at Lowery Loop Rd. Competitor packets available from secretary from noon 'til 5 p.m. on Friday. All fees owed at packet pick-up must be paid in cash or by cashier's check with exception of Stall Deposit with MUST be paid by separate check.

Dogs must be leashed.

Competitor Party is complimentary to all... Wine, Appetizers.
