Change Fee: $30.00 for each change to entry after C.D.
Refunds: Before C.D.- Entry & Stabling Fees Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D. Entry Fees are not refundable unless withdrawal is accompanied by a valid vet notice AND the spot can be filled from a waiting list. Stabling fees not refunded after C.D. Competition cancellation - 25% of entry fee refunded; no stabling fees refunded. USEA Starter and D&M Refund Policy: USEA Starter and D&M Fees shall be returned, within 30 days of the competition, to any rider who withdraws prior to the start of the dressage test.

Secretary correspondence will be via email. Please include legible email on entry. All entries without payment will be immediately placed on waitlist until payment is complete. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Note: USEA/USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee. Add these association fees to your entry fee. All entries must be received by Secretary by closing date or a $50 late entry fee per entry will be owed. Double entries: Not Accepted. Only USA funds accepted. If oversubscribed, multiple rides may be limited - please indicate order of preference on entry is applicable. USEA membership required at all levels. USEF membership, or USEF show pass fee, required at preliminary level for owner, rider, and trainer. If current emergency information & horse and rider experience is not included on entry, entry will be considered incomplete.
It is the competitor´s responsibility to be familiar with qualification requirements & to enter the proper division. Please check website and confirmation email(s) & contact immediately if you have been placed in the wrong division. Do not wait until times have been posted!

Friday: Secretary Office Open at 10 am. Grounds open at 12 Noon unless previously arranged. Cross-country courses open 3 PM. Saturday:Dressage (All Levels), Cross Country, Show Jumping,The Amateur Novice Masters Challengewill run all three phases on Saturday with Stadium start time at approximately 6:30 pm. Sunday:Cross Country, Show Jumping. All other riders will compete Saturday and Sunday. The schedule may be adjusted so it is highly recommended that competitors check the website after closing date or when ride times are posted. Final schedule will be posted on the website, www.fitchscorner.com
Available no later than Wednesday, July 18. Times will be posted at: www.fitchscorner.com and Area I - www.area1usea.org. Cross Country and Show Jumping schedules may be adjusted as entries warrant.
Temporary stabling (10x10 stalls) available on grounds. Stall doors provided. Entrance/exit gated. $195 for duration (Friday Noon-Sunday 7 PM). NO INITIAL BEDDING PROVIDED. STABLING OFFICE CLOSES AT 7 PM. Please use only one person's/farm's name for all "stable with" requests.

Camping: $50 for the weekend to be paid in advance. No services provided and no open fires. Campers must sign liability release.
Many new elements to all 2018 XC courses. Paper numbers will be issued for Cross Country. Bring your own bib. Length of course and optimum times will be posted on the start box and at the secretary stand Friday by 3 pm. All courses: attention given to course preparation to achieve excellent footing for tracks over 130 acres of rolling mowed fields. Water, ditch, drops and banks as levels permit. Wide variety of jumps, substantially built and decorated, creating better than average courses for horses with experience at the level. Not considered move-up courses. Course design by Derek di Grazia. Cross-country course closed June 29, 2018.
Silver Julep Cup, Prizes, & 8 ribbons per division. Additional Awards:Barbara S. Meyer Perpetual Trophy, TIP Award, Overall Low-Scoring NY/UC Region Pony Club Rider & Charles Owen Technical Merit Award. The Barbara S. Meyer Perpetual Trophy is awarded to the best scoring FCHT competitor. The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program (TIP) will award Prize Money and Ribbons to the best scoring TB at each level. Competitor must provide TIP number with entry to be eligible. For more information: www.tjctip.com. Millbrook Pony Club is sponsoring the overall lowest scoring NY/UC Region PC Rider award, trophy and photo to be presented. Eligible riders must be active members of the NY/US Region PC. Please note NY/UC Region Pony Club on entry if eligible. The Charles Owen Technical Merit Award will be judged by Ms. Carol Kozlowski and will recognize Training Level amateurs and juniors who demonstrate safe and appropriate cross-country techniques. The winner will receive a CO Body Protector and helmet bag. Competitors may request awards to be mailed, when accompanied by $20.00 fee. Please make arrangements at the show office. Amateur Novice Masters Challenge: Competitors please note this division on the entry form. This division is open to Amateur riders, 40 years+, and will be run over a championship-style course. Birth date must be stated on entry form. Riders in this division may not have completed more than two horse trials at the Training level or above in the previous 24 months. The Amateur Novice Masters Challenge will ride in the spirit of an amateur competition with stadium jumping scheduled at 6:30pm during the Saturday Nite Social. 2 tickets to the Saturday Nite Social will be included with each ANMC entry. Prizes will include $2500 in prize money, product awards, trophy and ribbons. Awards ceremony to follow show jumping.
Entry limit 240. If schedule permits, post entries will be accepted at an additional charge of $50 per entry. Divisions may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Management reserves the right to cancel or combine any divisions, and accept or refuse any entry in accordance with Article EV119.
Dogs must be leashed at all times - $30 fine enforced.
NO unlicensed driver allowed to drive any motorized vehicle on the property at any time. Penalty of $100 fine: Strictly enforced by Security.
Non-competing horses: fee $50 plus stabling. Must register with secretary in advance. Current negative Coggins required. Must sign waiver in office and be issued a non competing horse number.
