Equestrian Events, Inc, the organizers of the Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event presented by MARS Equestrian, is organizing a two-day cross-country schooling at the Kentucky Horse Park on September 26 & 27, 2020. Each day of schooling will be split into three 4-hour sessions, as follows:

Saturday, September 26
-Session 1: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM
-Session 2: 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM
-Session 3: 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Sunday, September 27
-Session 1: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM
-Session 2: 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM
-Session 3: 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Equestrian Events, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization and all funds collected will go towards the schooling expenses and any remaining will be put into our fund to continue running the K3DE CCI5* every April and the 2021 American Eventing Championships. Both of these events, while crucial for our sport and US team, are also huge economy boosters for Central Kentucky. Please see below for guidelines to schooling and we thank you for participating.

All entries ONLINE only. If you have submitted an entry through Blue Horse Entries in the past, just update your information and you are ready to begin your entry. If you are new to Blue Horse Entries, you will first need to create a rider account. If you are a parent/guardian for a rider under 18, you will need to create an account for yourself, and add your rider to your account. It's fast and simple! Refund/Changes Policy :

There will be no refunds if the schooling must be canceled due to any reason. The money collected will go towards the expenses incurred including moving, staking and setting jumps.

Entry Status :

Each session is limited to 60 horses. If a session has filled, we will contact you regarding rescheduling into a different session.

Ride Times :

Your pinney number is only good for the session you signed up for. You must clear the schooling areas when your session time is up.

Schooling Instructions :

Pinney numbers will be printed. Please plan to bring a plastic pinney number holder.

Jumps will be marked with colored plates to note the level. If they are marked on both sides then the jump may be jumped both directions.
Red = Intermediate
Green = Preliminary
Black = Training
Orange = Modified
White = Novice
Yellow = Beginner Novice
Light Blue – Starter

Stabling Information :

Stalls are $30/night.

Coggins Policy :

Be sure to have a negative Coggins and health certificate for entry to the Kentucky Horse Park. Please visit KY State Vet at https://www.kyagr.com/statevet/equine.html for more detailed information.

Attire Policy :

Riders must wear protective headgear and vest in accordance with the ASTM standards outlined in the USEF Rules for Eventing for Cross-Country.

Medical Arm Bands :

Medical Arm Bands or Bracelets are required at all times while mounted.

Special Directions :

Check-in will be located by the Land Rover Test Drive course, at the corner of Nina Bonnie Boulevard and Mark's Lane.
All riders and trainers are required to check in prior to participating in each session in order to receive their pinney number and have their temperature checked.

Parking :

All parking for haul-ins will be in the trailer-in parking area on Nina Bonnie Boulevard past Mark's Lane.

Other :

We will be following USEF guidelines for Covid-19 compliance. Your temperature will be checked prior to receiving your number. If your temperature is 99.5 or above, you will need to leave the venue.
When not mounted, you must wear a mask when you cannot maintain a social distance of at least 6’.
No spectators please. In addition to your trainer or coach, please only bring a parent or necessary groom or assistant.

Riders Under 18

Great! We are glad you want to ride and we want to help with your entry.

Because it requires consent from an adult parent or guardian, your parent/guardian must create an account and submit the entry on your behalf. It's quick and easy--and you can even help them if you need to do that! Have a good ride!
