Entries are accepted in the order with which they are received. You will be notified by the show secretary of your entry status.
Entry completion does not guarantee acceptance. In the event that the show fills, you will be notified and given an option to stay on a waiting list. If a space does not open up for you, then you will be given a full refund.
Ride Times will be posted on our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/fvsa.org/ by the Friday evening before the event.
The dressage rings and warm-up areas will be available for schooling after 3 PM on Saturday, August 8. No XC or Stadium Schooling on August 8.
The cross-country course will be open for schooling on July 29 (with a rain date of August 4) from 1 pm to dusk. Liability waiver required and be available at FVSA.org and on-site. There is a $35 charge per rider or horse, whichever quantity is higher. We will be offering schooling time in the outdoor stadium jump course. There is a charge of $10 per ten minutes in the arena for one horse and one rider. Stalls are assigned. Please send the show secretary any stabling requests as soon as possible.
Weekend stalls are available after 3 PM on Saturday, August 8. Sunday stalls will be available at 6 AM Sunday, August 9.
FVSA reserves the right to require stall rental if weather conditions preclude parking on the grass.
Hay, Grain, Shavings Information
Regular stalls include one bag of shavings. Tack stalls do not include shavings.
A negative Coggins test from within the last 12 months is required.
New for 2020 - We are selling competition pinnies if you do not have one for cross country. After the show, this is yours to keep for other shows. If you already have one you do not need to purchase one from us. If you do not pre-order one here and do not have one, you will be able to purchase one at the show for $20.
Attire & Equipment (Sections GR801 to GR803; DR120 & DR121; EV114 & EV115 USEF Rule Book): It is the tradition of the competition ring that riders be correctly attired for the class in question, that attendants be neatly dressed and horses be properly presented. In the spirit of schooling shows, riders will not be required to wear a coat and stock tie; however, you MUST wear boots, protective headgear which meets or exceeds ASTM/SEI standards and is properly fitted with harness secured, conservative colors, a sleeved shirt tucked in your breeches, and a vest during the cross country phase of a mini-event. Half chaps may be worn.
Breakfast and lunch available on show grounds.
No alcoholic beverages on show grounds.
Trailer entrance is on Tower Road.
USEF Rules apply- No readers for dressage.
Ribbons to 8th place for overall and dressage phase.
All dogs must be on a leash (dogs are not allowed in the clubhouse nor on the cross country course during competition).
