Event Description

Great courses on rolling country with friendly and helpful staff. Food and drink available on site.

Recognized Divisions offered P/T, T, N, BN and unrecognized Intro (max 2') and Starter (max 18").

This is the Aloha so special conditions apply:

Everyone - Have fun and stay hydrated!

Spectators – Aloha wear strongly encouraged!

Competitors – Dressage
Jackets are excused. Solid colored shirt with collar and sleeves is enthusiastically recommended.
Intro and Starter are also encouraged to adorn their horses in any way that “does not aid or impede the horse’s performance”. There could be prizes…

Competitors – Stadium and Cross Country
All riders are encouraged to adorn themselves and their horses in the Aloha spirit,Hawaiian shirts for the jumping phases are 100% acceptable! Horse adornment must “not aid or impede the horse’s performance” while still showing their sense of style.

Competitors – Helmets are never optional, but they could have flowers…

Waiver/Release :

A properly signed 2018 USEA Horse Trials and Classic Series (R2017) Events Entry Form must be uploaded and provided for each horse. If you need a copy, go to www.useventing.com/competitions, or you can you can find under "Download Flyer" tab for this listing.

Refund/Changes Policy :

Before CD: Entry less $25 non-refundable office fee. After the CD: NO REFUNDS. Competition cancellation...no refund. USEA Starter and D&M FeesRefund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. CHANGES: Must be in writing either email (entries@fullmoonfarm.com) or U.S. Mail. No changes, withdrawals or stabling requests will be accepted by telephone. Before closing date - no charge Between Closing Date and July 16 - $50. Between July 17 and the event conclusion: $70. POST ENTRIES: If space allows and post entries accepted, they will be charged the fee listed above; all other refund/scratch/change fees still apply. ANY entry received after the CD will be considered LATE with the fee listed above applying. Any electronic entry made prior to CD must be complete within 5 days after CD or will be considered LATE with the appropriate fee (see above) - applying and will not be scheduled until all paperwork and fees are collected. If any paperwork (coggins, signature page, USEA #...) is due at the event there is an additional $25 fee that will be collected with the paperwork before the packet is released.

Entry Status :

Riders are responsible for including a printed, legible and current email address on entry-all correspondence from secretary will be via email.

ONLINE entries accepted through Blue Horse Entries. If you are new to Blue Horse Entries, you will first need to create a rider account. If you are a parent/guardian for a rider under 18, you will need to create an account for yourself, and add your rider to your account. It's fast and simple! Stabling Information :

Limited permanent stalls available off site with doors. $70 per night. $50.00 Muck Fee, separate check.

Coggins Policy :

Copy of current Neg. Coggins (within 12 months) must accompany entry or entry will be considered incomplete.

Special Directions :

From Westminster, MD and points North: Follow Rte 140 East from Westminster or West from Reisterstown to Rte 91 (Gamber Road) in Finksburg. Take Rte 91 South toward Gamber. Turn left at the first light onto Deer Park Road and proceed 1 mile to Louisville Road. Turn right onto Louisville Road and proceed approximately 1 mile. Full Moon Farm is on the right. Turn into the driveway by the Full Moon Farm sign.

From Interstate I-70: Take I-70 East from Frederick or West from Baltimore to Rte 32 North. Proceed approximately 8 miles North on Rte 32 where you will cross over Liberty Reservoir and go up a long hill. Turn right onto Bollinger Mill Road. Go ONLY 50 yards and turn left onto Louisville Road. Follow Louisville Road approximately 0.8 miles. Full Moon Farm is on the left. Turn into the driveway by the Full Moon Farm sign.

From Baltimore: From I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) take I-795 North to Rte 140 West (Exit (9B). Turn left onto Rte 91 (Gamber Road). Turn left at the first light onto Deer Park Road and proceed 1 mile to Louisville Road. Turn right onto Louisville Road and proceed approximately 1 mile. Full Moon Farm is on the right. Turn into the driveway by the Full Moon Farm sign.
