MeadowCreek Park, its show management, its employees, agents, staff, or officers of any association, will not be responsible for any loss or damage or injury to persons, horses, or property. Each minor exhibitor must have parent, guardian or qualified instructor sign a release upon arrival at MeadowCreek Park. Each entrant is responsible for riding a properly conditioned horse in a safe manner. Management reserves the right to stop and eliminate unsafe riders or improperly conditioned horses. Management has the right to refuse any entry. Schooling under the supervision of a qualified instructor will be allowed after the conclusion of the competition upon notifying management. Under Texas Law (Chapter 87, Civil Practice and Remedies Code), an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities.
BY SUBMITTING THIS ENTRY, I AGREE to be bound by all applicable rules, terms, and provisions for this event. I am signing and submitting this entry electronically, and I acknowledge that my electronic signature shall have the same validity, force, and effect as if I affixed my signature by my own hand.
Entries will be accepted only when payment is received. NO REFUNDS for scratches after Closing Date.

Entries must be submitted online through Blue Horse Entries. Entries will only be considered complete when all entries, release forms and COVID-19 Protocol Agreements are signed and submitted online and full payment is received.
If you have submitted an entry through Blue Horse Entries in the past, just update your information and you are ready to begin your entry. If you are new to Blue Horse Entries, you will first need to create a rider account. If you are a parent/guardian for a rider under 18, you will need to create an account for yourself, and add your rider to your account. It's fast and simple! Properly fitting helmet with harness & boots with heels required whenever mounted. Half chaps over paddock boots are permitted.

Hay, Grain, Shavings Information

NO outside shavings allowed — shavings for sale on grounds, $10/bag.
Golf Cart Rentals are available upon requests. All requests must be emailed to meadowcreekparktexas@gmail.com
Negative Coggins required within 12 months.
You can upload your Coggins with your horse, and submit it with your entry. If questions on how to do this, please contact Blue Horse Entries at coggins@bluehorseentries.com.
NOTE: Some GPS systems will send you North of Kosse. We are located 2 miles South of town on HWY 14. Address: 1342 Hwy. 14 South, Kosse, TX 76653 From I-45 Centerville: Hwy. 7 W 45 miles to Kosse then left (South) on Hwy 14 for 2 miles to gate on left From I-35 to Marlin: Hwy. 7 E. to Kosse to Hwy 14 S. Turn right (South) 2 miles to gate on left. From Dallas: I-45 S to Richland (Hwy 14) thru Mexia & Groesbeck to Kosse. Continue South on Hwy 14 2 miles to gates on left. From Hwy 6/Bryan-College Station: Hwy 6 north through Calvert. Take Hwy 14 north through Bremond. 6 miles after Bremond, gates on right.
Due to COVID 19 Protocols. There will be no spectators allowed and only two people may accompany a rider--Trainer, Groom or one Parent for a Minor. EVERY PERSON planning to attend must also sign the release form and COVID-19 Protocol Agreement before arriving. Wristbands for participants, coaches, grooms, and parents will be in the competitors packet.
NO motorized vehicles or ATVs allowed on course.
All dogs MUST be on a leash.
