Policies
Must attach copy of Coggins dated 10/8/2022 or newer to entry.
Refunds Before CD: w/vet certificate less office fee of $30.00.
Refunds After CD: w/vet certificate less office fee of $30.00 and less stabling fee ONLY if spot can be filled from waiting list.
No refund after C/D unless spot can be filled.
Change of Horse or Rider in same division and same team: email Secretary. No fee before 10/3. $20 fee 10/4 - 10/7.
Change of Division: email Secretary. No fee before 10/1. $20 fee 10/2 - 10/7.
All Competitors must Sign USEA HT Entry form for rider, trainer and owner (and parent if rider is a minor).
Non-TEAM-Member: Also sign TEAM and Honey Run release forms (pages 3-4 of Organizer Forms) if not a TEAM member and competing at any level.
Logistics
If stabling on grounds, no shavings are provided. Ask barn owner to strip, pick or leave stall as-is. Use USEA Stabling Form to provide arrival, horse and contact information.

Team ribbons to 6th place. Perpetual trophy awarded to winning team at each level.
Individual ribbons to 8th place.
Team and Individual prizes to 2nd place
Year-end points awarded for Training through Starter HT divisions. Include TEAM Rider and Horse numbers on your entries!
If you won a Perpetual Trophy in 2022, please add your name plate and return it to us by SATURDAY, October 7 (or deliver to Secretary in advance at 1281 Honey Run Dr., Ann Arbor, MI 48103).
Team Entries: Riders will compete individually as usual, but Training, Novice, Beginner Novice and Starter competitors will also be scored as teams of 3-4 riders in the same level. (No teams for Green As Grass or Combined Tests.) Teams may include junior and senior members. One rider cannot compete more than one horse on the same team. Include your Team Name and Members' Names on your entry.
Single Entries: Individual entries will be taken. Individuals not entering as a team will be put on scramble teams & short teams.
All entrants are eligible for individual year-end TEAM points.
Course closed for schooling Midnight Sunday, September 24, 2023.
Courses may open for schooling after the event with permission of Organizer and fee of $25 paid to Secretary for special pinney (required).
CROSS COUNTRY INFORMATION:
Flat terrain, water at all levels, water option for Starter. Green as Grass ridden on flat terrain over cross rails and logs (18”max) in enclosed field.
Courses open for walking Noon Saturday October 7, 2023.
