Opening Date: March 9, closing date April 13, no changes after closing date.
Entry Fees: Dressage $35 /class, CT $65 /division, limit 4 classes per rider.
Refunds: No refunds after closing date, refunds less $20 office fee before closing date
Awards: 8 ribbons/division
Starting Times: Will be emailed and posted on the Heartland Region Pony Club Facebook page and Startbox
Stabling: Permanent stabling on grounds, limited, Reserve in advance $35/night beginning at noon on Friday. Tack stalls may be limited. Stalls must be cleaned at the end of the show. Bedding available $10 pre-ordered, limited supply on grounds
NEW** OPTIONAL STALL CLEANING FEE: $20 fee to have your stall cleaned for you at the end of the show.
Campsites: Reservation must be included with entry. $25/night
Directions: I-65 to exit 80, West on SR252 to US31, Straight across 31 on Hospital Road 4 miles to Schoolhouse Rd. Turn right and go 1/2 mile to horse park Google Maps directions
Dressage Tests: CT-2022 USEF Eventing tests; Dressage: 2023 USEF tests, small sand arena, training level and above may use large arena, USEF Level 1 - 3 tests will use large arena; Western Dressage: WDAA 2022 tests.
***It is the policy of the Heartland Region that all participants wear an ASTM-SEI approved helmet with chin strap fastened whenever mounted**
