SATURDAY, July 11 2026 Schooling Show entry with Senior USAWE Judge Polly Limond is here! L1-L4 levels offered.
Sign up for the FRIDAY, JULY 10 CLINIC with Polly here as well. Clinic small groups are arranged by level-- both Polly and Megan are teaching. **Brand-new riders to the sport will join Megan's classes, along with those who request her. Those planning on showing the next day will work with Polly; those with experience will join Polly until there is no more room, and then will join Megan's classes. Both clinicians work simultaneously, side by side, Friday.**
Stalls are available. The Harness Track is a charming, historic and friendly venue. All work will take place in the large groomed grass "mile infield" in the back. There are large shade trees.
To submit an entry, riders must download, sign, and upload our release during the entry process.
When the show is FULL, entry will no longer be possible. Max entries: 24

Policies
Schooling Show attire. Please practice being tidy! It is always wise to practice for a future rated show. Read the rules regarding attire at www.usawe.org .
Proof of negative Coggins Required to submit entry.
Cancelation/ Refund Policy:
0 - 48 hours before event-- There will be NO refund issued for cancelation for any reason, unless a replacement is found by the canceling entrant. If entrant finds a replacement, percentage of refund will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
48 hours-2 weeks before event-- A 50% refund will be issued; or, if a replacement is found by the canceling entrant, a 100% refund will be issued AFTER the replacement has paid entry fees (including late fees if applicable) in full.
2 weeks or more before event-- An 80% refund will be issued; or, if a replacement is found by the canceling entrant, a 100% refund will be issued AFTER the replacement has paid entry fees in full.
if event organizers cancel due to significant weather challenges or similar, 90% refunds will be issued; or, 100% of entry fees will be pushed forward to the new/postponed event date.
Release is required to submit entry - download, sign, and upload as part of the entry process.
Logistics
Bring ALL tools and required bedding/feed items.
Clinic Day will start at 9am; Show day will start at 815am. Rides will be published in "Order of Go," meaning, ride times are APPROXIMATE on show day. You must keep track of the riders ahead of you and be at the ring gate on time.
Stalls will be assigned. Please message Megan with requests about stabling, i.e. who you would like to be next to. We will make every effort to grant your wish!
