Attire Requirements for this event are very specific.

See Current Dressage or Western Dressage Rulebook, Competitor Attire.


Coggins Required for ALL HORSES by APRIL 17.


USET Waiver Required for ALL RIDERS by APRIL 17.

Qualifying Rally

Trailers may begin arriving 

Heavy item unloading only - no other setup by non-participants

Stable area will be closed to parents

Rally officially begins

Food and Beverages

Angelo's Kitchen food truck will have food for purchase 8am to 4pm (including Mexican for Cinco de Mayo)

Water jug refill stations will be placed through the grounds. Spectators and competitors are encouraged to bring a bottle of water to assure they stay hydrated.

Please plan to bring water for your horses. There will be a spigot on property for horse drinking water and wash buckets, but it may not be near your location.


No Dogs or Other Pets Allowed


Severe Weather Plan

In case of severe weather all participants, volunteers, spectators, and horses should go inside the main barn.

ENTRY GUIDELINES AND TIPS


● Junior Division is for Under Age 18, Senior Division is for 18+. (Use age as of Jan 1.)

● Please put your CLUB NAME in the "Pony Club Affiliation" and “Team Name” sections.

● Current proof of negative Coggins dated within 1 year of the Rally and a USET liability form are required and can be uploaded directly to your account on Blue Horse. Your entry is not considered complete until we have both.

● Remember to indicate your tests of choice in the special requests box on the final page.

● For Regular Qualifying Riders, if signing up for a Regular Qualifying test you may also register for a Freestyle or Pas de Deux. 


Registering a Junior who is under 18? Here is how to add a Minor to Blue Horse Entries:

○ Under profile settings, click on the Rider Under 18 tab.

○ Complete a brief, one-time ID verification process that enhances security and safety by

ensuring accuracy of parent and guardian information.

○ Click to add a rider under 18 and add the Minor’s details.

○ Once a Minor is saved to your account, you may enter either yourself or a minor on your

account as the rider on the first step of the entry process.
