Certified XC Vest and Helmet required for all mounted riders.
Proof of negative coggins required.
Waiver Required, please attached signed PDF or use the E-Signature within the Quick Links to generate a signed copy that can be attached.

If MTPC member choice is selected, please email with when volunteer hours were done. If MTPC member is over 18, Safe Sport must be on file with USPC to receive discount.
