Daffodil Dressage is a one day schooling show which will take place at Masterson Station Park in Lexington KY. It is offered for horses and riders to prepare for the spring showing season. MSEDA sanctioned and KDA approved, this show will have a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, perfect for green horses and riders to gain experience in and out of the dressage ring. We will be offering a variety of classes with some exclusively for Amateurs. Early bird discount ($10) offered through March 10th, 2024. The show will take place rain or shine. We look forward to seeing you!

Event Details
Policies
Informal attire as per MSEDA rules required for Dressage classes up to First Level, helmets and a collared shirt. Formal attire is required for Dressage classes at the Second through Fourth Level. In case of cold/rain, appropriate clothing may be added.
Proof of current negative Coggins test within 12 months of the event is required.
No refunds after close date. Partial refunds prior to closing minus a $10 fee. Refunds will be mailed within 30 days after the show.
Change fee: before closing date-no charge. After closing date, will will make every attempt to accommodate changes, if possible, for a $10 fee.
A signed waiver required.

Stablers must provide their own hay/grain/bedding. You all are responsible to strip your stalls please!

Your ride times will be posted on Startbox March 27th. And, we'll post a link in the FB group page as well.
Tentative schedule: We plan to begin Dressage at 8:15 and 8:30. If entries warrant, earlier start times may be necessary. Please note, the schedule is subject to change and/or to be revised. Please check our FaceBook page and/or Startbox for updates.
We have minimal stabling available, on a first come first serve basis. Stall fee $30, available March 29-30, only. A tack stall is $30. Competitors are responsible for providing all hay, grain and bedding, straw or shavings. The stalls are available after 9 am March 29 and must be vacated by 8 pm March 30. Competitors must strip stalls, please.
Volunteers are always needed and very much appreciated! A variety of shifts, ranging from 3 to 4.5 hours are available and many do not require prior experience. Lunch will be provided. If all of our volunteer slots have been filled, please consider volunteering at another MSEDA or other local show. Thank you!
Other
We will pin classes with lovely ribbons 1st through 6th place. Unfortunately, we will not have TIP awards this year, but hope to in the future.
An EMT unit will be at the event for the duration of the show.
