Policies

Helmet and Boots and safety vest for cross country

You will need to have a coggins and health certificate to cross state lines I do not need a copy of them

Refunds up to closing date minus a $25.00 office fee

Archer waivers to be signed at check in (also attached)

Logistics

$75/day very limited quantity

Need preorders for shavings

Best Western Plus is a very close clean nice hotel. Also dry camping available $25/NIGHT Electric Only hook ups are $35/night and Full Hook ups are $40/night

Do not block roads, gates or area into the show office

Posted on Wednesday before the show
