Rider Withdrawal, Refunds:Before C.D.- Entry less $25 non-refundable office fee; must be inwriting by email to secy by 9 PM of Close Date to be eligible for refund. No phone or Facebook messages accepted.After C.D.-Entry less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from waiting list; stabling refunded in full ONLY if place can be filled from wait list.USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Event Cancellation: No refunds Change Fee: $50 fee for each Change, including stabling changes, after Close, only if schedule permits. Request MUST be submitted in writing via email to flyingcrossfarmevents@gmail.com

Shavings available on site. Skylight Supply less than 3 minutes from farm for hay/grain needs. Limited hours, plan ahead.

10 ribbons per division, Prize awarded to division winner. Thoroughbred Incentive Program (TIP) Awards:Ribbons and prize awarded to the best scoring TIP eligible horse at each level.Only Thoroughbreds that have been registered with the Jockey Club or a foreign Thoroughbred stud book recognized by The Jockey Club are eligible to participate in T.I.P. classes and awards. Riders and owners should obtain a TIP number and make sure the rider is associated with the T.I.P. Number. TIP number applications are done online athttp://www.tjctip.comTIP numbers must be provided to secretary on entry or emailed to flyingcrossfarmevents@gmail.com Intercollegiate team ribbons: 1-6. MUST indicate desire to ride in Team on entry form. Complete list of team members must be submitted to secretary by email prior to closing date. Scramble teams available.
