Approved helmets and footwear. Shirts with collars and sleeves. Coats not required. Braiding not required.

Must have current, negative coggins. Coggins may be brought day of show at check-in if not uploaded with entry.

REFUNDS: Full refund prior to closing date minus $25 office fee. No Refunds after closing date. CHANGES: prior to closing date $25 office fee and after closing date $25 at discretion of secretary. ALL Refunds and Changes in writing by email to cyndi3334@gmail.com.

WAIVER AND RELEASE: I understand that participating in a horse show is a high risk and inherently dangerous sport, and am participating at my own risk. I hereby assume all risks associated with participation in the horse show and further do release and hold harmless Horse Aid Live, Inc., MidSouth Eventing and Dressage Association, Kentucky Dressage Association, Western Dressage Association of America, their officers, agents, directors, attorneys, employees, consultants, the organizing committees, volunteers, sponsors, judges, and officials, and all other persons whomsoever, acting on their behalf, and the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government, Masterson Station Park, their officers, agents, employees, and volunteers and all other persons whomsoever, acting on its behalf, from all claims, losses, defenses, suits, or other causes of action, whether based in equity or law and including from any loss or injuries resulting to me or to my property including the horse or horses with which I will compete at this show, and including without limitation any claim for punitive or exemplary damages, and all other matters arising out of, by reason of, or in any way related to, directly or indirectly, my participation in the horse show. Under Kentucky law, a farm activity sponsor, farm animal professional or other person does not have a duty to eliminate all risks of injury of participation in farm activities. KRS 247.402. There are inherent risks of injury that you voluntarily accept and assume if you participate in the horse show, which is a farm animal activity.

Non-Judged Jumping Rounds will be ridden directly following the judged rounds in each division. These rounds are not timed.
