Volunteers will direct parking as needed. Emergency lane must be left open. Trailer parking can be accessed off of Tower Road. Trailers should be parked on gravel parking lot and grass area west and south of stall barns (grass parking only if weather permitting).
Ride times will be posted no later than Saturday. Order of schedule is: Dressage, Stadium, Cross Country. Riders will go directly to cross country after stadium. Prizes will be presented in the Clubhouse once divisions are placed. A photo op will be provided for you to show off your awards with your family and friends.
Overnight stalls are available after 3 p.m. on Saturday. Select both the $35 event stall fee and the $15 Saturday overnight stall fee if you want an overnight stall. Select only the $35 event stall fee if you want a stall for Sunday only. If you do not want a stall, select the $20 haul-in fee per horse. You must select either a stall or the haul-in fee. Each horse stall includes one bag of shavings. Tack stalls are $15 and do not include shavings. FVSA may require stall rental in poor weather. Additional bags of shavings may be purchased on the grounds for $10 each. We have about 95 stalls available.
Our volunteers are FVSA members. Some IDCTA members also may be volunteering. Be sure to say "hello"!
Other
Each level has two divisions: Junior and Senior. There is no "open" division, so professionals and amateurs are grouped together in each division. To qualify as a Junior, you must not be older than 21 prior to the start of the current calendar year. We also may split each division at a level into more than one section, depending on the number of entries. Ribbons 1st - 6th place are awarded for the dressage phase and for overall; neck ribbons are awarded for overall winners. Additional prizes also may be awarded. Please return your bridle tag numbers when you complete your final jumping phase.
USEF Eventing Rules and IDCTA Schooling Show rules apply. No readers are allowed for any dressage test (including Intro B). Show will take place rain or shine. Food concession in Clubhouse. No alcoholic beverages are allowed. Dogs are allowed but must be leashed and attended. Dogs are not allowed in Clubhouse. FVSA is not responsible for any theft, accident, or bodily injury. A $15 fee will be assessed for a late change of class. A $35 fee will be charged for an NSF check. We may close entries early once we fill.
Warmup areas are provided in a sand area west of the outdoor arena, in a grass area west of the outdoor arena, and in other designated grass areas east of the indoor arena and storage building. Jumping warmup will be in the grass areas.
FVSA is located 1 mile west of Rt 47 at the NE corner of Rohrsen & Tower roads. Trailer entrance is off of Tower Road.
