Policies
While mounted all riders must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) / SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
Negative coggins within 12 months required. Health papers within 30 days should travel with horse.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ONLINE COGGINS IS UPDATED THROUGH SHOW DATES.
Before closing date less $25 non-refundable office fee. After closing date no entry refund / stabling less $15. All Starter/Drug fees refunded. All withdrawals must be in writing and emailed before 8:00pm of closing date. Competition cancellation - no refund. USEA Starter / D&M Fees: the USEA Starter/D & M fees ($30) are not subject to office fees and shall be refunded within 30.
NOTE: Accepted entries sold to another competitor will not be honored.

Ride times will be available July 10th at www.champagnerun.com or on StartBox.
$55 stall per night for Thursday, Friday or Saturday night. $65 per stall for Wednesday or Sunday night as the park charges more. You must email the show secretary to secure Wed or Sun night stabling. Tack stall fees are the same as regular stalls. Majority of stabling will be in the Alltech Arena barns. 650 permanent stalls on grounds. Stall doors only provided. If not stabled on grounds must pay $45 per horse per day haul in fee.
NOTE: Groups wanting to stable together must use the same farm/group name on stable forms. Any stable with no request will be stabled at stabling steward's discretion.
Per the Horse Park: You will be charged for an extra night if you set up your stall the night before the horse arrives. Empty buckets and shavings may be in stall but buckets not hung.
There will be a $50 charge for use of an unauthorized stall.
Stall assignments will be posted on champagnerun.com and StartBox by the evening of May 21st.

Other
Trophy and 10 ribbons per division. We are a TIP registered show and will have awards at all levels. Be sure to include your horse's TIP number with your entry.
PLEASE NOTE: It is the rider's responsibility to notify the secretary ASAP of any corrections to be made to your entry as listed on website before the closing date. Any changes after the closing date will incur the change fee and only made if possible. Check champagnerun.com for link to entry status.
Dogs must be leashed!
Cross country may be opened for schooling (depending on time/weather) for 1 hour after the completion of cross-country. $35 per horse in competition, $50 for non-competing horse plus non-stabled horses must pay the $45 haul-in fee. Everyone must check in, sign a waiver and get a new pinney. Check with show office for details.
