Policies
Cancellation Policy
The clinic fees are refundable through April 21, 2026, minus a 125.00 office fee. After the closing date of 4-21-2026, there are no refunds unless your spot can be filled from the wait list.
LATE FEE:
There is a late fee of 30.00 if you register between the closing date of April 21,2026, and April 30, 2026, which is the last day to register in the late period.
Logistics
There will be 2 bags of shavings provided per stall. If you need additional bags, you can provide your own or purchase them from Walnut Trace Farm. Please provide your own water buckets, double end snaps, and feed pan.
There are numerous lodging options in the Bellevue, TN area. Most are about 10 minutes or less from Walnut Trace Farm. If you would like specific ideas for lodging, please contact Grace at gjohnson@walnuttracefarm.com
There will be parking available for trailers.
If you need specific ride times on Saturday or Sunday, please let the organizers know ASAP. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Stalls are limited. IF you have registered for a stall, it will be available after 4:00 pm on Friday, May 1, 2026. There will be 2 bags of shavings provided per stall. Do not follow apple maps to the entrance off of Poplar Creek Road. Use a navigation option that takes you to Highway 100 and Collins Road to access Walnut Trace Farm.
