PERCY WARNER PARK EQUESTRIAN CENTER: 2500 Old Hickory Blvd., Nashville TN 37221: From I-65 North: Exit 74-B, onto Old Hickory Blvd. Proceed west 7 miles, Park Equestrian entrance on right just past golf course. From I-65 South: Exit 74-B, onto Old Hickory Blvd. Proceed west 7 miles, Park Equestrian entrance on right just past golf course. From I-24 Chattanooga: Take I-840 near Murfreesboro, onto I-65 N, proceed as above, from I-65 South. From I-40 West/Memphis: Exit 196 onto Hwy. 70 S. 2 miles to Old Hickory Blvd., turn right. 1 mile to Hwy. 100, turn left. 7/10th mile to Old Hickory Blvd., turn right. 1/2 mile turn left into Equestrian Ctr. Percy Warner Park.
PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of competition riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
ENTRIES: ONLY Pre-Entries will be accepted. Entries will be accepted until Thursday, October 12th at 9 pm. BLUE HORSE ENTRIES ONLY. NO Post Entries will be accepted, but adding/scratching is permitted. No day of show walk-ins. The Office Fee is non-refundable and applies to all entries. A Grounds/EMT fee applies to all entries. Entries must include proof of negative Coggins.
STABLING: $50. Stalls available by reservation only. Stall fee covers Friday and Saturday costs. Email tanyderi@bellsouth.net.
AWARDS: Ribbons will be awarded 1-6. Champion and reserve for divisions.
EXHIBITOR PARKING: All trailers will be parked in front field. There will be no charge for haul-ins.
NUMBERS: No numbers will be given out without full payment of entry fees, as well as all required signatures, and all other information clearly marked on the entry blank. A parent/guardian must sign the entry for their minor child.
REFUNDS: No refund of entries that choose to scratch due to inclement weather. Refunds will be given before closing date. The Office Fee and EMT fee per horse is non-refundable.
SCHOOLING: Open Schooling will be permitted from 7:30-8:15am the morning of the show. Entries must be completed prior to schooling. Schooling is free to competitors.
TACK: This show will be run in accordance with USEF regulations regarding tack.
ATTIRE: Casual and formal attire are acceptable. Braiding is optional. Riders must have proper footwear.
