Policies
• Informal attire- helmets, appropriate footwear, medical armbands/bracelets required at all times when mounted. XC safety Vests required for jumping phase at all levels.
• Pinney number holders needed for all phases! Bridle numbers will not be given out
Name on coggins must match entry.
Before closing date - full refund less $20 office fee). After closing date – refund only provided if space can
be filled from wait list, but $20 office fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds after rides times are posted. $40 late fee to enter after closing date (8/19) and $25 change fee to change existing entry after closing date. If late entering, late fee is waived if rider or rider representative fills a volunteer slot.
Non-members must complete non-member waiver.

$50 muck deposit. Checks made out to Middle TN Pony Club or Venmo @margoldfarb. Money sent via Venmo will be sent back to the same account. Stalls must be thoroughly stripped upon departure. Stabling available SATURDAY night only. No arrivals allowed on Friday

Ribbons 1st - 6th in all divisions. Great Prizes! Separate awards for JR/YR if entries warrant
Both YEH and the eventing derby are run in accordance with USEA/USEF eventing rules. Ring stewards will conduct visual equipment checks
Schooling at Percy Warner Park is allowed the day before in specific areas. NO riding on the jump courses or in the dressage arenas!
