All Competitors: USET liability form are required and can be uploaded directly to your account on Blue Horse. Your entry is not considered complete until we have this document. All documents must be received by April 22.

Named for the legendary horsewoman Barbara Hay, this award celebrates a rider or stable manager that embodies good sportsmanship, horsemanship, respect, camaraderie, organization, and elegance. This person pays tribute to her enduring legacy of dedication, grace, and skill in the horse industry as chosen by the TD and/or horse management judge.

Water jug refill stations will be placed through the grounds. Spectators and competitors are encouraged to bring a bottle of water to assure they stay hydrated.

Please plan to bring water for your horses. There will be a spigot on property for horse drinking water and wash buckets, but it may not be nearby your location.

*PLEASE REVIEW THE TEST COMBINATIONS AND QUALIFYING INFO TO DETERMINE WHAT TO ENTER.
*All tests will be split into JUNIOR (youth) and SENIOR (adult) divisions.
*Please indicate your CLUB NAME in the "Pony Club Affiliation" and “Team Name” sections.
*Remember to indicate your tests of choice in the special requests box on the final page of your entry.
*For Regular Qualifying Riders ONLY, if signing up for a Regular Qualifying test you must also register for a Freestyle or Pas de Deux.
*Here is how to get a minor added to Blue Horse Entries:
1) Under profile settings, click on the Rider Under 18 tab.
2) Complete a brief, one-time ID verification process that enhances security and safety by ensuring accuracy of parent and guardian information.
3) Click to add a rider under 18 and add their details.
4) Once saved to an account, when they go to register for an event, they will select either themselves or their child as the rider on the first step of the entry process.
QUALIFYING RALLY INFO (REGULAR AND MODIFIED)
Who may qualify:
Regular Champs - C1 or higher, 12 years of older
Modified Champs - D2 or higher, 10 years or older
Arena:
Tests will be ridden in the large (20m x 60m) area
Tests:
Regular Champs competitors will ride Test #2 and #3 at their chosen level from Training Level to Fourth level and will ride a musical or Pas de Deux.
Modified Champs competitors will ride Test #1 and Test #2 at their chosen level from Training Level to Fourth level.

Special Notes:
**NO Whips no longer than 47.2 inches including the lash.
**Please review the new USDF bit rules.**
Championships Eligibility Requirements:
For Modified Training Level—Complete a standard or modified Dressage rally at the competition level and earn a minimum score of 55% on Test 2.
For Regular Training Level—Complete Test 2, Test 3, and a musical freestyle at standard Dressage rally at the competition level. Earn a minimum score of 60% on Test 3.
For Modified First Level and Up- Complete a standard or modified Dressage rally at the competition level and earn a minimum score of 55% on Test 2.
First Level and Up— Complete Test 2, Test 3, and a musical freestyle at standard Dressage rally at the competition level. Earn a minimum score of 60% on Test 3.
