Stone Gate Farm July Mini Trial

The Mini Trials is a low key competition that is a great introduction to Eventing for both horses and riders. It is a ONE day competition where all riders will do cross country immediately after show jumping. Divisions will run low to high.
There is cross country schooling the Friday and Saturday before the competition. Must pre-register. Show Jumping Rounds will be available on Saturday.
All entries must be complete by June 27th be eligible for the 'early bird' discount and by closing date July 11thth or be charged a $25 late fee.
There were too many people at the June Mini Trials who did NOT have complete entries who did NOT respond to e-mails, text messages or voice mails. You will get a confirmation E-mail when your entry is received. Open it, read it and see if you are missing anything and compete your entry. Penne will no longer waste her time trying to track you down, if your entry is not compete by closing date you will be charged a $25 late fee. If it is not complete by July 18th, you will NOT be scheduled!
The following is required for an entry to be considered complete:
~ completed entry form
~ payment
~ current coggins (if one is already on file with SGF, another is not needed)
~ Stone Gate Farm Release Form (if one is already on file, another is not needed)
~ USEA Activity Release Form (must be done for every competition)
~ Stall deposit or stall cleaning for those stabled. Make stall deposits payable to Stone Gate LLC & mail to Penne Colao 1431 Shenango Rd. Darlington, PA 16115

ASTM Helmet and boots are required. Vests recommended and medical arm bands are encouraged for cross country Jackets are not required. a polo shirt or any shirt with sleeves. No tees shirts.

Refunds in full before closing date less $25 office fee. Change fees after closing date is $25.

Parking Notes:
For those unfamiliar with the farm, please refer to the parking area map before coming. Parking can be very tight especially around the barns. Please listen to the parking attendant (aka farm owner, cross country jump builder, course and grounds maintenance etc.) as he knows how to best fit everyone in comfortably. He will even park your rig if your backing skills aren't the best ;). Parking around the barns is ONLY for stabled horses. Tow vehicles must be parked in front of the trailer or in the car parking area. Please do NOT take up a trailer parking space. Motor homes that are NOT attached to a horse trailer will have to park in the day parking field. Trailers and official vehicles ONLY in the day trailer parking area. All cars and trucks not attached to a trailer must park in the designated car parking area.

Limited and fills up fast. Stabling will be on a 'first come' basis. If you want to be stabled with a group, please use ONE name for the group. Off grounds stabling is available, less than 10 miles away. Shavings are available @ $8/bag. Please order before July 25th.
Volunteers are always needed and appreciated. Please use the Volunteer Incentive Program sign up on the link above.
