Logistics
Trailer Parking:
Trailers will proceed to the first or second circle past the round pen and turn around. They will pull forward facing the entrance/exit to Walnut Trace Farm as directed. Please park close to one another to provide room for all trailers.
Please clean up manure and hay around your trailer before leaving so we don't have to raise fees to cover cost of clean up after the show. Bring a muck bucket and pitchfork to clean up.
Car Parking:
Cars will be allowed to follow the trailer IF they need to drop off equipment. After unloading, all cars will need to return to the front areas of the farm where car parking is designated so we will have enough room for trailers to park. Cars can park where designated along the grass areas or they can park in the residence area and occupants can follow the pathway past the dressage arena to the registration area.
Ride times will be posted prior to the show. We will begin with the most advanced division and work our way through divisions to the Grasshopper/Crossrails Division in the mid to late afternoon.
We are not able to offer stalls for this show.
Competitors, their family members and MTEA members are encouraged to volunteer. It takes a large pool of volunteers to make an event run smoothly. We will have a volunteer sign up available 10 days prior to the show. If you are available to volunteer for a shift or even for a partial shift, please sign up on the volunteer sheet or contact Grace by text to let her know. 615-347-8431. Thanks for volunteering! Volunteers help us to keep hosting horse shows!
Other
Fun prizes donated by our sponsors. Ribbons awarded through 8th place.
All dogs must be leashed and under the supervision of an adult at all times.
Cross country schooling available through 9-17-24. After 9-17-24, schooling will be closed until after the event.
Trainer information is required to submit your entry. If you do not have a trainer, you can enter yourself as the trainer.
